Business architecture, Spain
Maybe word of mouth keeps you busy. But leads come in and go cold. Every week someone pitches you a chatbot, an automation, an "AI employee", and you can't tell which one is worth the money, because nobody has shown you where your business is actually leaking. We do that first. Then you decide.
Six minutes. Three lanes. One priority. No email until the end.
The expensive belief
It won't. Not because AI is weak. Because sales isn't where most businesses are broken.
Three things we hear every week, and where they really live:
Last month you got leads. What happened in the first five minutes after each one arrived? Who answered, how fast, and what did they say? Most owners can't tell us. That's not a lead problem. That's a Sales problem wearing a lead problem's clothes.
Automate a process that lives in your head and you get faster chaos. The AI does the wrong thing tirelessly, and now it's your fault twice. That's a Delivery problem. Write it down first.
They are, until they're not. The day they slow down you find out you never built a front door. That's a Lead gen problem, and it's the one everyone ignores while it works.
Where we look
How people find you and raise a hand. Whether you control a single door, or you're waiting for the phone.
What happens between hello and money. Who answers, how fast, whether the offer is written down, why the people who said no said no.
Whether the business runs when you're not in the middle of it. Is the method on paper, does every client get the same experience, could you take 30% more next month.
The diagnostic scores all three twice: how you rate the lane, and what your own answers say. The gap between the two is where your money goes.
How we work
You find out what's actually happening. Numbers, not feelings. Where your leads come from, what happens in the first five minutes, what breaks when you're out for two weeks.
You fix the machine. The offer, the follow-up, the way you deliver. Most of this is not software. It's the work nobody pitches you, because there's nothing to install.
Then, and only then, AI. Once a lane is written down and working, AI earns its keep. Before that, it's an expensive way to make the same mistakes faster.
What it looks like when a lane gets fixed
Every one of these started with an audit. Not one started with "let's buy the AI."
Who's asking the questions
Eighteen years building growth systems for businesses on four continents. More than five hundred talks in three languages. Author of El AVC del Marketing Digital. Founder of Strategos AI.
"Our job is for you to understand you have a strategy problem, not a lead problem or a sales problem. If you leave with that, we did our job. Whether you fix it with us or with someone else."

Six minutes. One priority. A verdict on the AI you're considering. Then, if you want it, 15 minutes with Roi to read it together. The 15 minutes come after the six, not instead of them.
